Start Up Preferences

The "Start Up" tab is accessed by selecting Sequencer Preferences from the Light-O-Rama Sequencer's Tools menu. From here you can control:

Whether Control Lights is automatically enabled if the Control Panel is already running when the Sequencer is started.

Whether the Sequencer uses the default window arrangement when it starts, or restores the various windows to their last location. For some users with multiple monitors, the Sequencer refuses to start up when restoring windows to their last location. Deleting the file "\Light-O-Rama\LORInternal\sequencerlayout.xml" will allow the Sequencer to reopen. If this issue happens repeatedly, check the "Use default window arrangement at startup" box. If the box is checked, the Sequencer will no longer restore windows to their last location.

Whether the Sequencer uses hardware accelerated graphics on certain screens. This makes the program more responsive. However, on some older computers (notably those with 2nd generation Intel Core processors), this can cause the program to crash. If the program crashes when the Prop Definition window is displayed, try clearing the "Use accelerated graphics" check box.

The paste mode that is selected when a sequence is opened.

The maximum number files to display on the Start Page.
